Noah Beach Bonfire

  • 3 hours Fire wood- (Additional hour of wood may be added for small fee)
  • 10 custom logo wooden beach chairs ( Additional chairs can be added to THIS package for only $8 each)
  • Table with freshly washed logo linen
  • 4 High Flame tiki torches
  • Music speaker
  • Gift box with smore kit with roasting sticks, wipes, etc
  • Cooler with ice and waters
  • Free Winter special Add on: Gallon sized thermos of Hot Chocolate with cups. This package includes whipped cream, and mini marshmallows.

Clients may customize their own packages and start times. Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated. 

Pricing is:  Basic Beach Bonfire: $330.00    Noah 10 beach chair beach bonfire: $450.00

We are currently offering a $50.00 discount for select bonfire packages, and for select Blue Mt. Beach, and Dune Allen Beach locations. 

We offer more firewood, larger fire pits, and we are completely owner operated. All bookings are taken over the phone to secure all of the fire details. 

Locally owned and operated for 10 YEARS!  We the owners are locals, and usually present at most fires! While other company owners live in other locations/states, we prefer to be involved in our company. This helps us to be reliable. We do not rely on our team to perform our duties. We set up fires regardless of our staff availability. When other company owners live out of state, if their staff quit, then fires can get cancelled. We pride ourselves in keeping our word, and being a reliable service.

Our "Noah" & "Ashley" beach bonfire packages, come with a Smores gift box. This includes Smores kit, Roasting sticks, Hand/Face wipes, and a little something extra! 

All smores kits come in original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we do not open food packaging and handle/transfer food to other plastics or containers. Although it may look cute, we have found that we can keep items in their original packaging, and our s’mores kit still looks classy, while keeping your health in mind. 

UPGRADE ANY BEACH BONFIRE PACKAGE TO AN OVERSIZE FIRE PIT FOR  AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Oversized Pits are great for larger groups with more chairs. 

BONFIRE PACKAGES DO HAVE A LIMIT ON THE AMOUNT OF CHAIRS THAT MAY BE ADDED. THIS ALLOWS THE COMPANY TO HAVE ENOUGH CHAIRS FOR OTHER BONFIRE PACKAGES WITH OTHER CLIENTS. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!

Beach Bonfires must be booked over the phone. This allows the owners to cover all the details!

The Rental Shop offers a new lower priced beach chair option or a brand new wooden beach chair. Because the wooden beach chairs are not used for beach service, they are clean and new looking. No roughed up wood or faded fabric here. Beach bonfire pits are real copper or steel with beautfiful patterns on the side to creat the ultimate view for clients. All tiki torches are a HIGH FLAME stainless steel torch. Because the owners spend a premium on their torches, the clients can save money by ordering less torches because of the amount of distance the light travels. 

The Rental Shop is owner operated, therefore clients do not need to feel any pressure to leave a gratuity. Any staff of The Rental Shop are handsomely paid.Tips are appreciated but not necessary.

ALL ONLINE BEACH BONFIRE ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM STAFF TO PREVENT FIRE RESERVATIONS OVERLAPPING. FOR FAST SERVICE PLEASE CALL!

Booking Terms:

  • Bonfire packages are 100% non refundable. We cannot control bad weather, sea turtle nest locations, heavy winds, overbooked or accesses. In cases that are out of our control we offer a different location, or different day. 

  • If bad weather occurs or a cancellation must be made, an alternate date (of the Rental shop availability) will be offered to clients. If a permit has been purchased, and the date of bonfire on permit must be rescheduled, an alternate permit must be purchased and charged to clients credit card ($55.00).

  • If rescheduled we cannot guarantee the same access for your fire. Bonfires are not refundable if the alternate location is different than originally booked.

  • We cannot guarantee any beach home or beach access availability. We request permits for our clients preferred location, and if for any reason that becomes unavailable we must choose an alternate date or location. This includes Acts of God/Nature. Sea Turtle Nests, Overbooked accesses, Homeowner revoking access for beach front home, or to specific vendor, and/or fire dept not issuing permits, ETC

  • Permits cannot be purchased on weekends as the permit office is closed. 

  • Some times beach accesses become booked for fires. If the clients preferred beach access is booked during time of bonfire permit purchase, The rental Shop can only offer the nearest public access that is available. No refunds for fires will be issued if the clients first preferred public beach access is unavailable (due to county overbooking). 

  • Beach fire packages can be added onto, but not deducted from. 

  • Please call if you would like to have a beach bonfire in front of a beachfront home! 

  • Some accesses may incur small increase if lacking parking/ramp availability. This will be discussed at time of booking so clients are made aware of any potential increase, and will be given lower priced options nearby if clients wish to pass on increased fee.

  • Groups of 30 people or more require a special event permit. 
  • All of our fire packages come with a fire permit. 

  • NO GLASS ALLOWED ON BEACHES. PLEASE LEAVE NO TRACE/TRASH BEHIND. PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS RESPECT COUNTY RULES SO THE COUNTY WILL CONTINUE TO ALLOW BONFIRES IN WALTON COUNTY!
