1. Introduction

Welcome to The Rental Shop 30A. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Rental Services

We offer beach bonfires, kayaks, paddleboards, and golf cart rentals along 30A, Sandestin, and Miramar Beach, Florida. All bookings must comply with our rental policies.

3. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental date for a refund.

• No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Rental Use & Liability

• Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. If renting a golf cart (LSV) please see below.

• To rent a golf cart (LSV) you must be at least 25 years older and require a valid driver’s license. If a driver is not 25 years old or older and/or is not on the rental contract we will repo the golf cart (LSV) on the spot and the price paid for the LSV is non-refundable.

• Renters assume all responsibility for damage or loss of rented equipment.

• The Rental Shop 30A is not liable for personal injuries or damages incurred during rentals.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized modifications to rented equipment.

• Reckless use of rental items that endangers others.

• Violation of local laws and regulations.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Rental Shop 30A provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for damages beyond the rental fee paid.

7. Amendments

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

8. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from The Rental Shop 30A regarding your bookings, appointment confirmations, reminders, customer support, and important service updates.

• Opt-In & Consent: You will only receive SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". Upon confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

• Help: For help with SMS services, reply "HELP" or contact us at info@therentalshop30a.com.

• Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

• Data Privacy: Your SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Legal requirements (e.g., court orders)
